FURIOUS: Complete Fulfillment Policies
REFUND POLICY: 14 Days, no more than 22 miles / 30km's
All Fabulous E-Bikes and their respected individual components are considered brand new and protected against all manufacturing defects for up to 1 year after delivery of the e-bike to the customer. 2 years limited warranty on all frames. If any parts are defective in the manufacturing process they will be replaced free of charge.

All refunds must be processed through an RMA application. Without an RMA application and approval, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds can take from 3 to 5 days on our side and an addition 3 to 10 days by the credit card company to show up on your statement.

We can't control the delay at the credit card company issuing your refund.

No refunds will be issued before our merchandise is returned to us for inspection.

As mentioned in the Return Policy, we don't cover return shipping and there is a 15% restocking fee.

Restocking fee can be waved if you purchase a different bike.

Pre-Orders can always be cancelled for no charge and processing can be done from 3 to 5 business days.

No refunds can be processed in the first 14 days of purchase as we must wait for the credit card companies to process your payment to us first.

We are not responsible to refund extra charges your credit card companies charged you. Example for rate exchange or Foreign fees.
